I agree on this all the way, using the same keywords over and over again is not going to get you far, especially with Google getting smarter.

Antonio,

I use a keyword at lest 15 times in my articles when I write them, and you are right about the anchor text because I promote each and everyone of my articles and I use the anchor text with my keyword, and I'm ranking for some competitive keywords because of that.

I learned a lot in this post because I always wondered how many times does google consider it spamming

I think people have misinterpreted what spam really is, the term has been shot around so much that the meaning is destroyed...just like the word 'super affiliate'. True meaning of spam is people throwing across random nonsensical links with no valuable or useful content. I personally think Facebook would be the worst place to market your site...especially to a non-targeted audience.

But to the comment...You should really consider using some form of self hosting for the long run. This ensures that you control everything and no one else can put their hands in the cookie jar of shutting your site down.

Yeah I had to focus on this part for my relationship niche site. I knew that if I focused on one specific keyword phrase compared to another I would rank easier and gain better ranking within Google. The traffic is great when your more targeted and the people will actually buy the product or click on the adsense.
